Arm Lift

Firmer, smoother upper arms.

An arm lift — brachioplasty — improves the underside of your upper arms, removing the loose, excess skin that exercise alone can't fix.

What it is?

For the part exercise can't reach

Exercise can tone the muscle — but it can't address excess skin that has lost its elasticity. That's what an arm lift is for.

An arm lift is a cosmetic surgical procedure done to improve the appearance of the under portion of your upper arms.

As you grow older, the skin on the upper arms tends to sag and loosen, and significant weight loss can leave the undersides drooping. Exercise can strengthen the muscle underneath — but it can't tighten skin that has already lost its elasticity.

At Risus Care, the procedure is performed by plastic surgeons under general anesthesia in operating-room conditions. Because the amount of fatty tissue differs from person to person, every patient is evaluated individually.

Compression, then comfort

As soon as the surgery is over, your arm is wrapped in a compression garment. Some bruising and swelling afterwards is completely normal — and nothing to worry about.

On its own — or together

Often better alongside liposuction

Arm lift surgery can be performed on its own or combined with other lifting procedures. Paired especially with liposuction, much better results can be achieved.
